Registering Components

RegisterComponent makes a component that is resident in memory available for use by applications or other clients.
RegisterComponentResource makes a component that is stored in a resource available for use by applications or other clients.
RegisterComponentResourceFile registers all component resources in a given resource file.
UnregisterComponent removes a component from the Component Manager's registration list.
